Dr Valentina's Bio

Dr Valentina Bezzina is a warranted counselling psychologist. She works with clients with different presenting issues such as mental health, emotional or behavioural difficulties, relational difficulties, or for personal development.

She uses an integrative approach in therapy bridging together different theoretical backgrounds including Psychodynamic theory and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and works with children, adolescents and adults.

Valentina carries out a comprehensive psychological assessment, provides therapy sessions to individuals and small groups and provides training and support.
