Mr Stephen's Bio

Stephen is a Warranted Psychotherapist with over ten years of working within a corporate environment and extensive experience working with adults in relation to issues of trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem as well as couples’ relationships. Stephen has worked for a number of years within the drug addiction field conducting one-to-one as well as group therapy with individuals serving a prison sentence.

He believes in working in partnership with clients, utilizing their strengths to help them sort out their challenges and achieve their goals. He also realizes how important it is to identify all aspects of an individual’s life that impact their well-being including their physical health, support systems (family, friends), work or school environment, and faith/spirituality in this process.
